At Russell Bromley, we offer 30 Days Free Returns on eligible purchases. To ensure your return is accepted, you must contact our customer service team before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior contact may not be accepted.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it.
  • All original tags and packaging are attached (if applicable).
